One-Time Consultation

If you don't trust us completely yet, set up a one time meeting so we could get to know each other better. We will help you get started with some preliminary goals for the upcoming weeks till you decide on a path ahead. You don't have to personally come to office if you don't want to or if you live in a different city or country.

Will you give me a sample meal plan at this session for me to try and follow for a few weeks before I decide to come work with you?
 

No. A one-time meeting with you does not give us adequate insight into your lifestyle to be able to carve out a meal plan for you. Please also remember that meal plans are pragmatic and personalized created after careful consideration of age, past medical and surgical history, previous diet history, work status, exercise status etc. Giving out a meal plan would also entail that we follow up with you and monitor your compliance rate and tweak the plan as and when mutually deemed appropriate

    Introduction to SBS school of thought

    Activity: Ice-breaker

Seamlessly and organically embedding changes into your current lifestyle via various resources and techniques. The include but are not limited to:

    Learning about cooking utensils

    Smart grocery shopping techniques

   Eliminating plastic containers and bottles

    Learning meal options which are both healthy AND easy

          to prepare

    Motivational counseling surrounding specific problematic

          lifestyle behaviors

    Food and sleep

    Food and stress

    Strategies for eating healthy within a whole spectrum of

         scenarios-restaurant meals, weddings, in-house parties,

          late nights, early mornings etc.
