Group meetings (size of 3-7 people) once a week for 2 hours with weekly email support. Fix your health in an engaging, sociable and fun setting!

Week 1- Discovery session (Days 0-7)

    Introduction to SBS school of thought

    Activity: Ice-breaker

    Comprehensive discussion with participants

          to foster an in-depth understanding about

          current health status

   Introduction of personalized and non-personalized

          health guidelines and recommendations

   Goal setting for the week

Week 2-6 (Days 8- 43)

   Identifying challenges faced in previous week

    Comprehensive discussion with participants

          to foster an in-depth understanding about

          challenges, pain points, strategies that did

          and did not work and why

    If goals not met, re-strategizing for the same goal

   If goals met, setting new goals

Week 7 (Days 44 - 50)

   Consolidating the learnings

   Goal setting for the upcoming weeks, months are near

         and distant future

Week 4-8

Seamlessly and organically embedding changes into your current lifestyle via various resources and techniques. The include but are not limited to:

   Learning about cooking utensils

    Smart grocery shopping techniques

   Eliminating plastic containers and bottles

    Learning meal options which are both healthy AND easy

          to prepare

    Motivational counseling surrounding specific problematic

          lifestyle behaviors

    Food and sleep

    Food and stress

    Strategies for eating healthy within a whole spectrum of

         scenarios-restaurant meals, weddings, in-house parties,

          late nights, early mornings etc.
